Hey battlefield community!

As this is a Battlefield community I thought it would be a good idea for you guys to write articles, news and other info regarding the Battlefield series but for the Steelbacks site.

If there's something you want to write about including news, hardware, software, your working on a mod, you are addicted to gaming and want to give advice? Then contact us with your article, information or news and we will publish your story (after some screening of course). Why not upload a video of you gaming onto Youtube and send us the link so we can put it in the community videos section!

Steelbacks have just ordered our brand new server!

Well actually it's on pre order with Gameservers now but it's a beauty. We have ordered a 32 man (or woman) server that is going to be based in London (UK). Currently the server is pending as the game hasn't been released yet but rest assured, the second this thing is live, the details will be posted on a server info page on this site and you can all come in and play to your hearts content!

Look out for players that are registered to this site as they will have special privileges : )

We are now starting to get traffic to the Steelbacks site from Google search and referring site's like The Central Outpost and Clan and Guild Directory! This is starting to bring in new members from the web even without our server so it's very exciting.
